クロスロードは、飛騨地方の魅力を最大限に体験できるよう、安心・快適な送迎ときめ細やかなガイドサービスを提供しています。高山市の街並みに隠れた歴史や文化をお伝えし、雄大な北アルプスの観光、奥飛騨温泉郷でのリラックスしたひととき、世界遺産白川郷の四季折々の美しさ等々、見どころ一杯の観光地ガイドを通じてお客様の心に刻まれる思い出づくりをお手伝いします。
Cross Road offers safe and comfortable pick-up and drop-off services and attentive and considerate guide services, so that its customers can experience the charms of the Hida region to the maximum. We will communicate the history and culture hidden in the townscape of Takayama City, and help our customers make memories to be engraved in their hearts through our guide services at many sightseeing highlights, such as the magnificent North Alps, relaxing time at the Okuhida Onsen-go Hot Spring Village, and seasonal beauty at the World Heritage-registered Shirakawa-go Village.

送迎サービス
Pick-up and drop-off services
観光地までの送迎、ガイドを承ります。ご希望に応じて、観光地間の移動も柔軟にアレンジいたします。
We provide customer transfer services to/from sightseeing spots and guide services at their destinations. Flexible arrangements for travel between sightseeing spots are also available upon request.
観光ガイドサービス
Tour guided services
経験豊富なガイドが、高山や飛騨地域の歴史、文化、自然を丁寧にご案内します。地元ならではの視点で、お客様の興味に合わせた特別な観光体験をお届けします。また英語での対応も可能なため、海外からのお客様にも安心してご利用いただけます。
An experienced English-speaking tour guide will give attentive explanations on the histories, cultures, and nature of Takayama and the Hida area. We will deliver special sightseeing experiences tailored to each of our customer’s interests from local viewpoints.
ツアーのカスタマイズ
Customized tour
お客様のご希望に応じて、完全オリジナルのツアープランをご提案します。観光地巡りだけでなく、地元の食文化体験や伝統工芸のワークショップなど、特別な体験を組み込むことも可能です。
According to our customer requests, we will propose totally original tour plans. It is possible to integrate special experiences into your tour, such as local food culture experiences and traditional craft workshops, rather than just limited to visiting sightseeing spots

Flow of tour arrangement
STEP 01 ご相談・ご要望
Step 1 : Consultations / requests
まずは、お電話またはご相談・ご予約フォームからお気軽にご連絡ください。
旅行の目的、行きたい場所、体験したいこと、参加人数、ご希望の日時などをお知らせください。
First, please feel free to contact us, by phone or using the Tour Arrangement / Reservation Form. Let us know the purpose of your visit, destinations, what you want to experience, number of your group members, and desired dates / times, etc.
STEP 02 ヒアリング・プランニング
Step 2 : Planning
専門スタッフが丁寧にヒアリングし、お客様のご希望をもとに最適なプランをご提案します。旅のテーマや目的に合わせて、観光スポットの選定、スケジュールの組み立て、アクティビティの手配などを行います。
Our dedicated staff member will propose an optimum plan carefully created based on your requests that we receive in your consultation. We will select sightseeing spots, and arrange the tour schedule, including activities according to your travel theme and purposes.
STEP 03 お見積もりのご提示
Step 3 :Presenting an estimate
ご希望のプランが確定しましたら、詳細なお見積もりをお送りします。費用や内容に関するご質問やご要望があれば、遠慮なくお申し付けください。
Once your desired tour plan is finalized, we will send you a detailed estimate. For inquiries and further requests regarding costs and contents, feel free to contact us.
STEP04 ツアー当日
Step 4 : On the day of your tour
当日は、指定の集合場所でスタッフがお待ちしております。ツアー中は、経験豊富なガイドが観光地をご案内しながら、旅をより深く楽しめるサポートをいたします。
We will welcome you at the specified meeting place. Our experienced tour guide will provide support at each sightseeing spot of your tour plan, so that you can more deeply enjoy your travel.
